However, there are times when the operation of applications or the Android system is affected by failures or irregularities that are difficult to decipher or which you have tried different alternatives to solve them, leaving as the last measure the factory reset.
If this is your case, but you don’t know how to perform this procedure then you have come to the right place, as in this post you will learn how to reset an AMGOO phone to its initial state.
What do you learn here?

Since its creation, AMGOO has remained a successful company in more than 50 countries with millions of phones sold, thus showing the efficiency of its mobile devices when it comes to communication.
In addition to its parent factory in China, AMGOO has a team based in Germany in charge of the design section, as well as subsidiary offices in South Africa, Hong Kong, the United States and Honduras.
For AMGOO, the main purpose of its operations is to provide its users with high quality mobile devices, making them also accessible in terms of price, in order to allow them to be purchased by anyone interested in the brand.
In addition to this, AMGOO as a company joins efforts with both mobile operators and wholesale distributors to ensure that their phones meet the needs of their users, adhering to its motto of “A Phone for Everyone, in an AMGOO for Everyone, because you are unique and different”.
All AMGOO mobile devices have the advantage of being unlocked and having a dual SIM card, making them suitable for users looking for a mobile device with features that provide an optimal communication experience at a low cost of acquisition.
When it comes to resetting an AMGOO phone, there are two ways that will help you bring your phone back to its factory status.
The first thing you will need to do is to press the power button on your AMGOO device steadily so that it turns off completely.
After making sure the device is off, press the button designed for volume increase and the power button simultaneously until the AMGOO logo is displayed on the screen, at which point you can remove your fingers from the buttons.
When an on-screen menu appears, use the volume up or down button to scroll through the options displayed there and select the Wipe Data/Factory Reset option with the power button.
Then press YES using the power button to start the reset process.
When the reset is done you will be redirected back to the Recovery Mode screen where you should select the Reboot System Now option by clicking on the power button.
As a first step, go to the Settings section of your AMGOO device.
Then go to Backup & reset and select Factory reset data from the options available. This will take you to another screen where you will need to click on the Reset phone option.
As a final step, select the Erase everything option to start the reset process, which will take a few minutes to complete.
